Agenda
성수는 예술과 패션, 젊은 문화가 어우러진 활력의 중심지다. 본 프로젝트는 이러한 성수의 도시적 에너지와 럭셔리 하이패션 브랜드 안나수이(Anna Sui) 의 고딕적이고 대담한 디자인 언어를 결합해 새로운 오피스를 제안한다.
고전적 미학이 담긴 고딕 양식의 퍼블릭 공간과 현대적 기능을 갖춘 오피스 공간을 대비시켜, 건축 자체가 브랜드의 정체성을 드러내는 하나의 상징물로 자리하도록 계획하였다. 이를 통해 건축물은 단순한 업무 공간을 넘어, 성수의 맥락 속에서 안나수이를 홍보하는 도시적 장치가 된다.
Seongsu is a vibrant hub where art, fashion, and youth culture converge. This project combines the district’s urban energy with the bold, gothic design language of luxury high-fashion brand Anna Sui to propose a new type of office.
By contrasting public spaces inspired by the classical aesthetics of Gothic architecture with office areas equipped with modern functions, the building itself becomes a symbolic expression of the brand’s identity. Beyond serving as a workplace, the architecture is envisioned as an urban device that promotes Anna Sui within the context of Seongsu.

안나수이의 럭셔리함과 개성을 표현함과 동시에 웨딩 라인을 홍보할 수 있는 프로그램으로 예식장을 도입하였다. 결혼식은 주로 주말에 진행되기 때문에, 평일에는 회사 직원과 방문객의 동선이 겹치지 않아 브랜드 홍보와 공간 운영 모두에 효율적이다.
A wedding hall was introduced as a program that both expresses Anna Sui’s luxury and individuality and promotes its wedding line. Since weddings are mainly held on weekends, the circulation of employees and visitors does not overlap during weekdays, making the space efficient for both brand promotion and operation.

예식장은 고딕적 미학을 강조하기 위해 리브볼트 구조로 디자인하였다. 동시에 방수와 단열 문제를 해결하기 위해 예식장 전체를 유리 박공 구조로 감싸고, 이를 오피스의 단열재와 자연스럽게 연결하여 기능성과 디자인을 모두 확보하였다.
The wedding hall was designed with a rib-vault structure to emphasize Gothic aesthetics. At the same time, the entire hall is enclosed with a glass gable structure to address waterproofing and insulation issues. This enclosure is seamlessly integrated with the office’s insulation system, ensuring both functionality and design are achieved.
